Data deletion

Delete your visual training data

In Settings → Your data → Delete visual training data, you can remove all of your face comparisons, your derived preference model, and your private compatibility history. This is permanent.

Delete uploaded face photos

In Settings, you can remove any clear face photos you uploaded for AI matching. Removing them stops them being used for compatibility immediately.

Delete your account

In Settings → Your data → Delete account, you can permanently delete your account. This removes your profile, photos, matches, messages, likes, and all training and preference data. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

What happens

• Deletion is processed immediately in the app.
• Backups are purged on our normal rotation.
• Aggregate, anonymous statistics on synthetic faces (not tied to you) may be retained for system calibration.

If you can’t access your account, email [email protected] and we’ll help you delete your data. Verified requests are honoured promptly.
